Yoga is an age old therapy to unite mind body and soul. Today there are many forms styles and types of yoga appealing to different peoples needs wants and ideals.
Yoga-ing with me is a unique experience as I use a blend of gentle traditional hatha yoga positions, breathing techniques, guided visualisations and relaxations through intuition and experience to guide you through a practice that flows beautifully from start to end.
My aim is to guide you through a portal where you leave daily lives and rhythms on hold, while we journey to restore your physical body by releasing any tensions and stiffness. You will subtly gain flexibility and build up core strength without feeling like you've run a marathon. Breath work will improve oxygen to the body and help clear away build up of lactic acid, literally breathing new life into yourself. Even those who are adverse to meditation will not even realise the subtlety in which I encourage you to clear you thoughts away and create those all important positive frame of mind and emotions which embody us. Leaving the practice you will enter back into your day to day tasks having been reset, restored and re energised.
Taking time to dedicate to a yoga class may seem time consuming and difficult to fit into a busy schedule, but you'll find yoga with me gives you the physiological and psychological benefits you need to lead you to be far more positive and productive with your time and energy.
